SHIPPING POLICY

We only ship within Canada and the US. We do not ship to Canadian Territories or to Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time. Shipping to PO Boxes will be shipped via Canada Post and USPS.

We offer flat rate standard shipping across Canada and the US via Canada Post, USPS, and UPS.  We offer free CANADIAN standard shipping on orders of $99.00 CAD or more before taxes and any applicable discounts. We offer free US standard shipping on orders of $125.00 CAD or more before taxes and any applicable discounts.

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Orders will be shipped pending product availability. If for some reason, the product you ordered is out of stock, you will be notified via email within 24 hours. To cancel an order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee that cancellation is possible beyond this time frame. Once an order is placed and processed, we are unable to stop the shipment beyond this window. The order will be shipped and may be returned via our standard return policy. 

All dollar amounts and shipping rates are in Canadian Dollars.

 

All shipping costs will be calculated at cost BEFORE redeeming your gift card or any promotional codes.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure the address you enter is correct. Addresses entered are the customer’s responsibility. Incorrect addresses that need to be changed will incur a fee of $20 (for Canadian orders) and $30 (for US orders) if the shipping label has already been printed & has to be cancelled. Once an order has shipped, we have no way of changing the address, and you will need to contact the courier directly.
