SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship exclusively within Canada. Enjoy complimentary shipping across Canada (excluding YK, NT, and NU) on all orders of $100 or more before taxes and discounts. A flat fee of $20 CAD (plus applicable taxes) will apply to orders under this amount.

For qualified shipments to Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut, a flat shipping fee of $50 CAD (plus applicable taxes) applies. Due to increased delivery costs to these remote regions, this rate excludes items from our Home Collections.

 

Please note:
We do not ship large items from the Home Collections to YK, NT, or NU. We do our best to keep shipping costs fair while ensuring safe and beautiful delivery. PO Boxes will be shipped via Canada Post. We do not ship furniture or oversized items through Canada Post.

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Orders will be shipped pending product availability. If for some reason, the product you ordered is out of stock, you will be notified via email within 24 hours. To cancel an order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee that cancellation is possible beyond this time frame. Once an order is placed and processed, we are unable to stop the shipment beyond this window. The order will be shipped and may be returned via our standard return policy. 

All dollar amounts and shipping rates are in Canadian Dollars.

 

All shipping costs will be calculated at cost BEFORE redeeming your gift card or any promotional codes.

*Rural areas may have additional shipping costs processed by the shipping company solely.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure the address you enter is correct. Addresses entered are the customer’s responsibility. Incorrect addresses that need to be changed will incur a fee of $10 if the shipping label has already been printed & has to be cancelled. Once an order has shipped, we have no way of changing the address, and you will need to contact the courier directly.
